Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and DeepStalker, a company registered in Estonia (“we”, “us”), for the DeepStalker app (“the app”). By downloading or using the app you accept them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

1The game

DeepStalker is an interactive mystery game. In each case you explore a simulated phone, collect clues and name who did it. All cases, phones, characters, messages, photos and events are fictional. Any resemblance to real people or events is a coincidence.

2Who can play

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you need a parent or guardian's permission. Cases include mature themes such as relationships, scams, disappearances and betrayal.

3Free play and Pro

• Free players can play the first case, with a limited number of hints.
• DeepStalker Pro is an auto-renewing subscription that unlocks every case, unlimited hints and the phone charger (extra time), as shown in the app.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically at the same price and period unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• Manage or cancel in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies (reportaproblem.apple.com). Where a free trial is offered, any unused part is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
• Prices may vary by country and may change; we will tell you in advance where the law requires it.

4Your behavior

Play fair. Don't reverse engineer or overload the service, cheat the purchase systems, or use bots or scripts. We may limit or end access for anyone who does.

5Our content

The app, its stories, characters, art, text and software belong to us or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for your own entertainment on devices you own or control, under these terms and the Apple Media Services Terms. You may not copy, sell or redistribute our content.

6Changes and availability

We may add, change or remove cases and features, and the service may sometimes be unavailable. We try to give notice of major changes that affect paid features.

7Disclaimers

The app is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.

8Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be excluded by law.

9Apple

These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, has no obligation to provide maintenance or support, and is not responsible for claims relating to the app. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

10Ending

You can stop using the app at any time and delete your data from Settings → Delete Account. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms.

11Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. If you are a consumer in the EU, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country, and you may bring claims in your local courts.

12Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the date above and, for important changes, tell you in the app. Continuing to use the app means you accept the new terms.
